4. Coordinator / Scheduler
Reject or Approve (Confirm) Visit Requests
Reschedule Visits or Modify any Information in a Briefing Package
Assign or Reassign Resources such as Rooms, Speakers, and Meals
Run all Reports
5. Site (Briefing Center) Administrator
All the Capabilities of the Coordinator plus
Maintain Site-specific Information like local Holidays, Rooms, etc.
6. Global Administrator
All the Capabilities of the Site Administrator plus
Maintain System-wide Tables (see Customization Features)
