When an executive wants to know which customers are coming into the briefing center next week, next month - all you have to do is point them to the BriefingEdge upcoming customer calendar. They don’t even have to log on.

When a 2-day briefing is cancelled just three days before the scheduled date and you’ve already lined up 11 speakers, only BriefingEdge notifies all the speakers with the push of a single button and removes this event from each of their personal Outlook Calendars.

When the word gets out how beneficial the briefing center can be in closing business and you suddenly find yourself with more demand than your center can handle, only BriefingEdge allows you to schedule virtual rooms, turning local hotels and conference centers into virtual briefing centers.
