2001
- BriefingEdge Solutions is formed exclusively to design, develop and market software for the executive briefing center environment and purchases all assets related to BriefingEdge.

2003 - BriefingEdge version 5 is released with support for automatic room and host assignment, enhanced local and global calendars, sales tracking and follow-up.

2004 - BriefingEdge version 6 is introduced with Outlook integration, room only scheduling, “smart” speaker assignment, integrated sales follow-up, output to Excel.


2005 - BriefingEdge version 7 is released containing new, automatic emails, more flexible evaluations, enhanced agenda processing and new logistical tracking.
BriefingEdge introduces hosted and pay-as-you-go licensing.  Storage Technology and Getronics license BriefingEdge.

2006 - Version 8 is released with the 360 Feedback feature, new executive reporting including PowerPoint-quality graphs and charts, account manager meal selection  BriefingEdge develops an interface with Lotus Notes Calendar as well as Microsoft Outlook. Intel, VeriSign and Lenovo all license BriefingEdge. Version 9 is released later in the year.
 





2007 - BriefingEdge Version 10 is released using AJAX technology and FULL personal calender integration. Now, 
BriefingEdge automatically reads and processes Outlook, Lotus Notes, and Novell Groupwise responses. Novell, Panduit, VMware and Verizon Business license BriefingEdge.

2008 - BriefingEdge Version 11 is released with new reports, enhanced attendee tracking, configurable agendas and personal calendar synchronization for internal attendees as well as speakers. New to 2008 are Aetna, Alestra, AMD, Johnson Controls and InfoPrint Solutions.


In the 3rd quarter of 2008, Version 12 was released with improved international support, new parameters to better cross reference visits, increased agenda flexibility, 2-way communications with speakers and attendees, and enhanced cross referencing of attendees.

2009 - BriefingEdge organizes the B.U.G. – the BriefingEdge Users Group. The BUG provides a forum for our clients to exchange best practices and to prioritize enhancements to be made to the BriefingEdge software. The BUG meeting held in March, 2009 defined 21 new and/or enhanced features which were included in BriefingEdge Version 13.
