Version 13.4 release:

1.  Administrator-defined Visit Types - New types of Briefings can now be defined, complete with their own Reason for Briefing questions. 

2.  Visit Types can now be linked to specific sites so that only allowable visit types can be scheduled at each site. 

3.  Events, like Briefings, can now be linked to specific sites so that only allowable event types can be scheduled at each site. 

4.  Reason for Briefing questions can now be defined separately for each site and/or each visit type. 

5.  Presenter Notifications. You can now configure each site to automatically notify the assigned coordinator whenever a speaker response is received.

 

 

Version 13.3 release:

1.  Bug Fix - reschedule email was incorrectly showing NEW instead of OLD visit start date for events when the visit was rescheduled.

2.  Bug Fix - Couldn't schedule an event on the 1st day of any month.

3.  Bug Fix - Account Managers / Requesters couldn't specify PARTNER BRIEFING when scheduling a new briefing.  They could change it but couldn't specify it.

4.  BUG FIX - Work on My Previous Visits (account manager) always showed history of all previous visits.  Now recognizes the date range selected by the Account Mgr when Working on an existing briefing/event.

5.  New Report - Combined the Customer and Internal Evaluation Reports (added for one BUG member only).  This is only useful for clients who have identical Customer and Internal surveys)

6.  (New Feature) Attendee Name Administration - lets administrator consolidate attendee names/titles/email addresses for the same attendee to avoid multiple listing of same attendee on Attendee dropdown list.

7.  Post-Briefing Comment field - now a parameter in the system and can be relabeled. Users should see no difference (except TAM who relabeled it).

8.  (New Feature) Calendar Unavailability messages added when the user mouse-overs days that show up as unavailable.  It will give the user the specific rule why that day is unavailable.

9.  (Enhanced) Visit Status Log - now tracks the host/coordinator changes and displays them in Status Log Notes field.  This information summarized in the Lead Time Report.

10. (New Feature) Added Speaker Classifications on Speakers administration screen (to be included in select reports) – NOT TURNED ON FOR ANYONE PENDING FURTHER TESTING

11. (New Feature) Added Agenda Classifications field on Agenda screen (not included on any reports yet) – NOT TURNED ON FOR ANYONE PENDING FURTHER TESTING

12. (Enhanced) Moved setting of specific session variables from login.asp to loginverify.asp to avoid some timeout issues and page cannot be displayed issues.

13. (Enhanced) Added Outlook UPDATE feature when times/room are changed for an agenda item that already has an invited speaker.

14. (New Feature) Added Attendee Itineraries feature (no reports yet) – NOT TURNED ON FOR ANYONE IN PRODUCTION.  TURNED ON IN BETA.

15. (Enhanced) Added list of specific features turned on / turned off for each web site under administration / system settings.  This screen not yet completed but is currently being enhanced.
