Group Information (the BUG Report) |
The BriefingEdge Users Group (the BUG) is the official organization of active BriefingEdge Users whose goal is to exchange best BriefingEdge practices, to funnel requests for new or enhanced features and to identify ways in which new technologies can improve your briefing program. Information about the past and current BUG meetings can be found here in the BUG report.
In April, 2009, the BriefingEdge Users Group (the BUG) met for the first time and decided as a group, about what new features should be incorporated into the core system and made available to all BUG members. Starting in October 2009, BriefingEdge Version 13 was introduced to all BUG members. In December of 2009 version 13.1 was implemented and on into March of 2010 where version 13.2 was posted.
In April, 2010, the second BUG meeting was held in Santa Clara, CA. One of the main suggestions to come from this meeting was to hold and record more frequent webinars designed to improve communications between BriefingEdge and BUG members. The first two of these Webinars was held on April 30, 2010. As per member suggestions, this webinar was recorded and posted to the BriefingEdge servers. April 30, 2010 BUG Webinar recording.
